Quanzia Services
Terms & conditions
General terms of business for services and the web shop
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Quanzia Services (Max-Stromeyer-Str. 172, 78467 Konstanz) and its customers for the sale of hardware and software and for IT, repair, rollout, office-setup and development services. Our offers are aimed primarily at businesses (§ 14 BGB).
2. Conclusion of contract
Products in the shop are a non-binding catalogue. A request sent through the shop is a non-binding quote request. A contract is concluded only when you accept our written quote. The same applies to services.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in our individual quote as net prices plus statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction unless agreed otherwise. Services are billed according to the offer (fixed price, hourly rate or monthly retainer).
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable. Risk passes to business customers on handover to the carrier.
5. Retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Software and licences
Software is supplied under the licence terms of the respective manufacturer. Licence keys and subscriptions cannot be returned once activated.
7. Services and cooperation
The customer provides access, information and a contact person needed for the service. The customer is responsible for backing up data before repair or migration work unless backup is part of the agreed scope.
8. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply; for businesses the limitation period for used goods is one year. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
9. Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details are provided with the order confirmation.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. For contracts with merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Konstanz.
